Charter Members of this league are considered Member Organizations and are granted full privileges of league membership without any probationary period. The charter members of this organization are located in St. Charles, O'Fallon, St. Peters, Wentzville, Troy, Washington and Warrenton: Holt Jr. Indians, Francis Howell Jr. Vikings, Francis Howell Central Jr. Spartans, Francis Howell North Jr. Knights, Fort Zumwalt East Jr. Lions, Fort Zumwalt North Jr. Panthers, Fort Zumwalt South Jr. Bulldogs, Fort Zumwalt West Jr. Jaguars, Timberland Jr. Wolves, Liberty Jr. Eagles Troy Jr Trojans, Warrenton Jr. Warriors, and Washington Jr. Blue Jays.
